Image via Wikipediatoday well for a long time i have been on the hunt for a good hong kong style bo luo bao/melon bread recipe.
i have not however found one the cookie top is always the wrong flavour.
I have used a lot of recipes around the internet but they are not the one.
Note: i have a hunch japanese melon bread is different to hong kong bo luo bao
so if anyone has any ideas please tell me thanks
